Reporting to the Intelligence Director, the Head of Threat Intelligence is responsible for the development of the analysts teams and the implementation of strategic intelligence tooling/feeds. Must be able to obtain SC security clearance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing strategic customer intelligence programmes
- Day to day management of specialist threat analyst teams.
- Overseeing customer success, ensuring directed investigations and reports are completed to a high standard.
- Monitoring and enforcing OpSec best practices are followed.
Reporting to the Threat Analyst Team Leader, the Senior Threat Analyst is responsible for performing directed dark web, social and technical investigations for customers and research purposes.
Specific language skills (Russian, Chinese and other Europe or Middle Eastern Languages preferred) along with demonstrable technical cyber security experience is required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Directed Dark Web investigations utilising a wide range of proprietary and Open Source tools, platforms and intelligence feeds.
- Identification and development of new and innovative investigatory tools, techniques and sources.
- Research and trend analysis of threat actor TTPs (Tools, Tactics and Procedures) for written reports.
- Analysis of identified and discovered technical artefacts such as data, exploits and tools.
Black Room Intel is seeking three MSc level interns for the summer period of 2024. Full training, mentoring and career support will be given to those seeking to pursue a career in Cyber Threat Intelligence.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist other Cyber Threat Analysts in identifying and investigating threat intel data sources.
- Assist in research, curation and enrichment of cyber threat intelligence feeds.
- Produce one individual research project as the capstone delivery of your internship.
